Governor Sir William Robinson with two men standing next to him. He was the 11th Governor of Hong Kong from 1891-1898. The man to his right has a white pith helmet, placed on the bench behind him, obviously a military man. The one to his leftis likely a civilian. The governor also has a helmet placed behind him, possibly with swan feathers.
The date of the photo will be in between 1891 ans 1898.
