An unusual combination of photos. Obviously taken immediately one after the other at the same event, but I do not know why they have been photographed with and without hat. Does anyone have an explanation?
The man on the left side of Governor Robinson is Sir Paul Chater, the one second to his right is James Stewart Lockhart.
