Reclamation has progressed and the area in front of Rustomjee & Co. / Keying House / The Parsee’s residence [1845-1868] and Dent & Co. - Queen's Rd (1st location) [1841-????] has been reclaimed. New buildings are not yet there. It looks as if the seawall at the waterfront is still used to load/unload boats.
The building under scaffolds is likely the Pedder Street Clock Tower.
The original title reflects the name of this place "Pedders Wharf". The author(s) are either Weed&Howard or M.Miller.
