On their website a time span between 1926 and 1930 is given for this photo. I agree with them as Queen's Pier (1925) is visible and the Central Fire Station (1926) at the extreme right. One can read on the New Oriental Building "Asia Life, American Asian Underwriters". Was probably their office, they moved to Queen's Road in 1931.
