On the right one can see King Star bar located between Fleming road and O'brien road. The building at the center is Kam Kok building at Marsh road. Not sure about the date or the typhoon. Since Kam Kok building was built in 1961 and it was before Wanchai reclamation (second) happened, it should be the 1960s.
