The bay was just filled in, before the swimming pool, library etc were put in. The bridge was barely over water. Tsing Yi Power Station can be seen in the distance spewing out a lot of smoke. Princess Margaret Hospital on the hilltop in the centre, Lai Yuen Amusement Park on the right side, Kau Wah Keng Village behind Lai Yuen.
