I thought Knutsford Terrace too, but the shape of the arches don't match this photo of Knutsford:

These building are staff housing in the Hung Hom Dockyards backing on to Bulkeley Street.

This is Tantallon Terrace.  8 Terrace houses next to each other.  I used to live there in the 1980's. If you need more info or photo's let me know.

They look different.

I agree with Herostratus that they're the older staff quarters along Bulkeley Street: https://gwulo.com/node/59223

The newer buildings like Tantallon Terrace have square windows, not the arches shown above.
