For comparison, here's the end wall of the Cassels Block, 'C' Block in the old Victoria Barracks. They're similar, but not exactly the same (if you zoom in to the cassels photo you can see the round opening at the top of the gable, though it has been bricked up). And I can't match the building in the old photo to locations of military buildings in Victoria Barracks, so maybe it isn't a barracks building in the old photo after all.
