Given the festooned decorations it should be the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria. Compare with this scene of Queen’s Road Central. I got a hunch this photo was taken on 20th June 1897 or thereabouts.
Given the festooned decorations it should be the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria. Compare with this scene of Queen’s Road Central.
