In this photo, there are fews island in the distant right.

First one is Cheung Chau, shaped like a dumb-bell connected by a long sandy belt-land which was appeared as a white line linking up the two hilly landforms. It's still a nice place to enjoy you break.

Beyond CC is the Shek Ku Chau island. For decades the only establishment has been a rehab centre for drug addicts. Nowaday the government wants to add building a garbage incinerator station there to deal with huge SAR daily waste.  The CC islanders feel being betrayed and getting really mad.

Beyond the SKC island is the Island of Ling Ding. It is outside of the boundary of Hong Kong SAR. However smugglers on speedboats now crossing this border after sunset is a common things.

The world is quite different now.
