The tenements were demolished before 1976, so must pre-date that. Is that the car park being built on the right? If so, circa 1970.

Same thoughts as Phil. Yau Ma Tei Multi-storey Car Park is being constructed on the right. Date: Late 1969 or 1970

Thank you both. Yes, the building under construction is the YMT carpark building which opened in 1970. I`ve changed the date to 1969.
