33 Queen's Road Central
The sign at the left building reads: D'Almada & Mason solicitors
Their address in 1917 was at 33 Queen's Road Central.(source).
It looks as if all houses between 33 QRC and Pedder Street have been demolished. This would match the year 1921 or 1922.
Addendum: Mumeya Photographers had their studio at 38-40 QRC (source)

The Pharmacy
Rosenstock's Gazetteer and Commercial Directory of China for 1920 gives the address of "The Pharmacy" (to be seen in the back) as 22 Queen's Road Central.

Given that 22 QRC is visible, the empty lot in front of it, formerly 24-32 QRC would be for the construction of the Asiatic Building. The view from Pedder Street below:
