Looking down the Albany Nullah, from Garden Road,
the house on the right left , is the HSBC Manager's House and Sub-Manager's House - IL 580 [1861-1935] (roughly where the US Embassy is now)

When looking downhill, the HSBC houses were on the left side of the nullah. That's the roof and chimneys of their sub-manager's house that we can see above the trees on the left of the photo.
