It looks to me that there is an empty space between the Chinese Chamber of Commerce and the Wang Kee building (except 26 Connaught Road which is still there). The buildings visible in between are likely ones on Des Voeux Road and not Connaught Road. Left of the Wang Kee building the Sanwa Building will be constructed, and further left the Wing Lung Bank. For this new building, some of the buildings on Des Voeux Road will be demolished because the bank stretches out between both roads.
