This was taken from the Little Sai Wan camp road. The large excavation next to the road is still visible in 2019, although concrete and vegetation now cover the slope. This is a good close-up photograph showing the way chutes and boards were used to fill lorries and light railway trucks, as seen in photographs from the 1920/30s. (Andrew S)
