you're absolutely right. The large building in the centre is Victoria Hospital with the Maternity Ward. The winding road leads to Crow's Nest (looks damaged). Left is Cragside. The damaged houses should be on Severn Road.
And as a "bonus" the octagonal water tank is visible right hand side of Trollstua.
