I have not read anything about this house in the post-war years.  Scanning the Hong Kong $ Directory and various other sources turned up nothing on this house and No. 11

Well, we know Highclere and 22 Barker had multiple units.  However, they look like they might have been designed as lowrise multi-unit structures.

Trollstua and 60 Mount Kellett, on the other hand, look more like houses and yet had multiple units at some point.  Perhaps corporations converted 'houses' into staff messes when property prices were not that high.  That is the only explanation I can think of at the moment

I read on a 2013 post mentioning that Li Fook-hing (From the Bank of East Asia Lee's Family) lived in. He mentioned that he moved into the Peak in 1966, but not sure if he moved into Trollstua right away or after?
