Would this be the Mackintosh who owned Mackintosh & Co.Ltd., Men's Wear Specialists, 16 Des Voeux Road? If so, according to HK Dollar Directory 1935, my father's cousin Lyall Glendinning worked for the company. Thanks to Gwulo I am still discovering family "trivia".

The wedding was solemnized at St John's Cathedral, Hongkong, on October 27, of Mr Frederick Alexander Mackintosh, of Hongkong, and Miss Mabel Osborne, who arrived in the Colony the day before from home. The ceremony was performed by the Chaplain of the Cathedral (Rev VH Copley Moyle). The bride was given away by Mr RL Bridger, and Mr HF Scriven supported the bridegroom as best man.

LOCAL WEDDING
 
This morning, at 11 o’clock, Mr Frederick A Mackintosh, of Mackintosh and Co., well-known in Hongkong, was married to Miss Mabel Osborne, who arrived in the Colony from Home yesterday by the s.s. Miyazaki Maru. The ceremony took place at St. John’s Cathedral and was performed by the Rev. V. H. Copley Moyle.

The bride was given away by Mr. R. L. Bridger, and Mr. H.E. Scriven acted as best man. A large number of friends witnessed the ceremony, including Mrs. Eustace, Mr. and Mrs. Chapple, Mrs. Dick Bridger, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Crawford, Mrs. Carmichael, Mr. and Mrs. Diss, Mr. and Mrs. Paine and Mr. and Mrs. Nicholls.
