Some images of Victoria Park I found on line, I saw that 7 of them lined up, so I have joined them together.
Judging by the cars, I would say late 1950s to early 1960s.
Must be after 1957, if that's when Victoria Park opened.
Causeway Bay is not an area I am familiar with.
Of note, there is a "canal" of water in the center, that stretches as far as the car park. To the left we have St Pauls Convent School.

Re: Victoria Park
Hi there,
There are a few more clues that might help to date the photos. However I would also propose it is pre-1960.
1. The footbridge in front of Saint Paul's Convent School had not been built yet. It seemed to be built in 1963.
2. The Roxy Cinema is visible. If somebody could read which movie is on Cinema/Movie experts might be able to date it more accurately;
3. The tallest building behind Sugar Street appeared to be Paterson Buildig, but the Diamaru sign is not there yet. Probably still in constrution. If only the photos are of a higher resolution.......
4. The present day Causeway Bay Tram Terminus is not there yet. That was built in the 1960's or early 1970's;
My 2 cents,

I think the photo sequence was taken from the Waldorf Hotel as seen here
Causeway Bay Terminus
Causeway Bay tram terminus was suspended in 1953 soonest after the North Point terminus was in use that year. In 1967 Causeway Bay terminus re-opened.
