Agnes Isabella McBride married William Nicholson Fleming at the Union Church on 25 October 1913. China Mail 27 October 1913 refers.

During the Battle of Hong Kong, a "Mrs. Fleming" was stationed at La Salle Relief Hospital. It is believed Agnes Isabella Fleming's name/signature appears under "La Salle College" (La Salle Relief Hospital) on the left on the "Day Joyce Sheet" held by the Imperial War Museum. 

Emily May Rostron TYE (née ANDRESS) [c.1899-????]

Emily May Rostron Tye (nee Andress) was likely related to Robina Hughina Rostron Andress. She appears to have had a Chinese-Australian connection.

During the Battle of Hong Kong, she was a member of the kitchen staff at La Salle Relief Hospital. Her name/signature appears under "La Salle College" (La Salle Relief Hospital) on the left on the "Day Joyce Sheet" held by the Imperial War Museum. 

Robina Hughina Rostron ANDRESS [c.1888-1950]

Robina Hughina Rostron Andress was a teacher at Pooi Sun English School. She appears to have been related (sister ?) to Emily May Rostron Tye (nee Andress) and likely had a Chinese-Australian connection.

During the Battle of Hong Kong, she was stationed at La Salle Relief Hospital. Her name/signature appears under "La Salle College" (La Salle Relief Hospital) on the left on the "Day Joyce Sheet" held by the Imperial War Museum. 

May WHITE [c.1910-????]

During the Battle of Hong Kong, Mrs. May White was stationed at La Salle Relief Hospital. Her name/signature appears under "La Salle College" (La Salle Relief Hospital) at bottom left on the "Day Joyce Sheet" held by the Imperial War Museum.

Frances Gordon OGILVIE [1895-1993]

Frances Gordon Ogilvie was a Presbyterian missionary teacher. She went to China in 1920 and served in the mission schools in Canton. With rising tensions in southern China, Frances Ogilvie relocated to Hong Kong in 1940 and re-established the Shung Kei Bible Training Institute in Shatin.

Janet Morren (misspelt as Morran on the John Black's List) was a trained nurse. She was stationed at La Salle Relief Hospital during the Battle of Hong Kong. After the fall of Hong Kong, she was interned at Stanley Camp.

Her name/signature appears under "La Salle College" (La Salle Relief Hospital) on the left on the "Day Joyce Sheet" held by the Imperial War Museum.

Marina MacKechnie appears to have been the daughter of John Campbell MacKechnie, Chief Officer "S.S. Tung On" of the Hong Kong, Canton and Macao Steamboat Co..

Cassian BRIGANT (aka Brother Cassian) [1889-1957]

Brother Cassian served the Brothers of the Christian Schools - La Salle (De La Salle Brothers). He taught at St. Joseph's College from 1921 before being transferred to the newly opened La Salle College in 1932 as second Principal. 

I think his name/signature appears  under "La Salle College" (La Salle Relief Hospital) on the left on the "Day Joyce Sheet" held by the Imperial War Museum. 

Faith Mary SNUGGS [1898-1990]

Faith Mary Snuggs was a Baptist missionary teacher. She came from a missionary family and served in South China and Hong Kong. 

During the Battle of Hong Kong, she was stationed at La Salle Relief Hospital. After the fall of Hong Kong, she was interned at Stanley Camp.
