It has 30 storeys and is an office building; it opened in 1980. On the lower decks it is used as car park.

Building at 189 Des Voeux Road Central, was built on the place of  189, Des Voeux Road Central ( Li Po Chun Chambers - 1st gen.)

It has 31 floors and is mainly an office building. It opened in 1995. It can be seen on the 2016 photo in the centre (with a circle at the front near the top).
