Timeline:

• 1941: The Ritz Ballroom opened
• 1945: The premises were 'reconstructed and reconditioned' by the RAF for use of their NCOs and other ranks.
• 1947: The site was returned to civilian use, and re-opened as The Ritz

I only found one result for "ritz garden" in the newspapers, reporting that manager Li Choi-fat was in court (The China Mail, 1948-12-16, pg 3).

Kowloon Tsai Swimming Pool, in Kowloon Tsai Park, opened in 1964 as the first public swimming pool in Kowloon. The opening of the facility was publicised internationally in a British Pathé newsreel, which stated a construction cost of £125,000 and highlighted the lack of bathing beaches in the densely populated vicinity
