This should actually be Tung Shan Terrace. Shiu Fai Terrace is right opposite the AIA Building, with the vehicle service road near the upper entrace of Hong Kong Cemetary.
In the right picture, the yellow circle shows the old house at 7 Tung Shan terrace in the 1960s. In 1966 winter, Lingnan middle school bought and demolished it. A dormitory 光前堂 was built there which opened in September of 1969 (left picture yellow circle).

In 1992, it was converted (not demolished) into a kindergarden. It moved to Sai Wan Ho in 2011.
