Building on R.B.L. 150, today 35 Barker Road.
After Felix Maurice Ellis bought 35 Barker Road in 1920, in between 1920 and 1948, the house had been rebuilt once, and after JB bought it in 1948 the house was torn down and rebuilt between 1950 to 1953 approx.
Next owners were George Falconer and Co in 1963, and Paraluz Co. Ltd. (change of name to Central Development Ltd) in 1973. In 1977, the lot was surrendered to the Crown (end of the 75-year lease); a new lot number was given: R.B.L. 1018. (source)
