The Colonnade is a luxury high-rise residence at 152 Tai Hang Road, Happy Valley. It opened in 2001 and consists of one tall tower housing 50 residential units. Units are large, often with three bedrooms plus a study, and feature floor-to-ceiling windows for panoramic views.
Communal facilities include a Clubhouse, Swimming Pool, Children's Facilities, Sports Facilities, Entertainment Facilities and Health & Beauty provision.
At the top of Broadwood Road, it has superb views over Happy Valley and Victoria Harbour, and Causeway Bay towards Kowloon and the mainland.
