The Colonnade is to be found at 152 Tai Hang Road, Happy Valley. It opened in 2001 and consists of one tall tower housing 50 residential units. Communal facilities include a Clubhouse, Swimming Pool, Children's Facilities, Sports Facilities, Entertainment Facilities and Health & Beauty provision.
At the top of Broadwood Road, it has superb views over Happy Valley and Causeway Bay towards the mainland.
