At number 18 Broadwood Road, the Villa Lotto was built in 1987 on Broadwood Ridge, Happy Valley. It was one of four big developments on the ridge in that decade, which all built on the exclusivity of the location.
It is a complex of four high rise buildings built upon a 4-storey car park base with a total of 351 residential units. There are penthouses at the top of all four blocks with their own private rooftops. Communal facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, children's playground and podium garden.
The complex was built on a site formerly occupied by colonial style villas #13-18 Broadwood Road.
