Lydia Mary Armour's occupation was given as masseuse in the link below. There was a "Lydia Mary Siggins" working for the Medical Department from 1928 as a masseuse. Not sure if Siggins was her maiden name.
During the Battle of Hong Kong, Lydia Mary Armour was working at La Salle Relief Hospital. She was later interned at Stanley Camp.
