In use
The leading Assemblies of God Church in Hong Kong is the First Assembly of God Church in Kowloon, (formerly known as the Argyll Street Church). The church was first established in 1928.
Rev John Rutherford Spence held a campaign of tent meetings in Monkok in 1948 which really grew it.
In 1952 under the leadership of Harland Park, land was purchased and a fine building seating 800 people was constructed.
In the 1980s the First Assembly of God Church was the biggest Pentecostal Church in Hong Kong.
