Flora Dodson was an American missionary who served in China and Hong Kong under the Southern Baptist Foreign Mission Board. She began her missionary and educational work in Canton (Guangdong), China in Pooi To Girls' School. In 1926, Flora Dodson became the  School's principal. Later, she came to Hong Kong to continue her bible teaching and educational work.

After the fall of Hong Kong, she was interned in Stanley Camp and repatriated to the United States in 1942. She returned to China and Hong Kong to continue her bible work and teaching in 1946. Flora Dodson wrote two books, "Light from his Word" and "Studies in the Gospel of John", both works published in Hong Kong.

Flora Elizabeth Dodson's gravestone reads "Missionary to China and Hong Kong 1917-1958".
