Rev. Ralph Dustin Bullock was an American interdenominational missionary and pastor. He arrived in Hong Kong in the 1930s and was connected to several churches and also supervised a bible school. Rev. Bullock wrote articles and newsletters and for the "Oriental Pentecost", a magazine devoted to the Pentecostal Church in South China.

After the fall of Hong Kong, he was interned at Stanley Camp and later repatriated to the United States in 1942. Upon his return, he gave talks about wartime Hong Kong. An address he gave to the Lions' Club appears in the Medford Mail Tribune, Medford, Oregon on 12 November 1942 here

Rev. Bullock appears to have returned to Hong Kong after the war.
