Two-storey building on Des Voeux Road Central. In the second half of the 19th century it was located at the praya. For the creation of this place the photo shown in the profile from 1885 was used as a basis.
The lot was first sold in 1858 (source), so possibly the building was constructed in the mid 1860s. Around 1890, a new four-storey building replaced it.
Guessed life span is c. 1865 - c.1888.
