I've annotated the photo and identified buildings to my best knowledge. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Looks as if there is an empty lot, possibly for the	P & O Building (3rd generation) [1887-????]
10	Crosby's Store / Lane Crawford (1st location) [????-1901]

12	28 Des Voeux Road Central [????-????]
13	30-32 Des Voeux Road Central (first generation) [c.1865-c.1889]
14-15	34-46 Des Voeux Road Central (first generation) [c.1865-c.1887]
