Four houses at the junction of Nathan and Jordan Roads (south-west corner) on K.I.L. 1402 . It has a rounded front with arches, similar to the house on the opposite corner of the junction. The address were 237 to 243 Nathan Road, no entrance on Jordan Road.
Appears first on the 1922 map on hkms 2.0. The lot K.I.L. 1402 was for sale on a public auction on 25 October 1920, probably buildings were finished in 1922.
Was replaced by the Everest Building that opened in 1967.
