In 1901 she was a resident at Highgate Wood Lodge Doddington Kent. This was a Wesleyan convalescent home functioning in connection with Dr Stevenson of the Wesleyan Orphan Homes for children. Her father Joseph William Spry and one of her sisters died in 1910.
