Feltham's official given names were Stanley Crathern, as noted by Ann above, and in this announcement in the 19 Jan 1940 edition of the HK Gov't Gazette:

No. 71 - His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under instructions from the Right Honourable the Secretary of State for the Colonies, to appoint Mr. STANLEY CRATHERN FELTHAM, A.R.I.B.A., Chartered and Registered Architect, to be an Executive Engineer, with effect from 12th December, 1939.

But it seems he was also known as Terence / Terrance. John Charter mentions him several times in his Wartime Journal as Terrance Feltham, and p. 52 of the HKIA article about Hong Kong's architects lists him as Terence Stanley Crathern Feltham.
