The street numbers (and sometimes the street name) changed multiple times in Hong Kong as the city grew. Below are the road number changes for Robinson Road

On Robinson Road the northern, downhill side of the street were even numbers while the Southern side were odd. This is the opposite to the numbering on Caine Road.
Numerous building shifted streets between Robinson Road and Conduit Road, Belilios Terrace, Seymour Road, Seymour Terrace & Park Road.

I will go back and add the links but the data comes from many different Gazettes so it may take a while. In the meantime if there is a particular name you want to check look at the government Gazette on the HKU site for that week. Use the index rather than the search as the search isn't very good.
I have just completed Conduit Road here and have done the Peak district until 1941, however the modern numbers do not match the pre war numbers at all, there was a big post war renumbering. Currently investigating with the government. Interestingly the Lands Department have nothing to do with the street numbers it is the Rating and Valuation Department that assigns numbers to buildings.
I have also created a spreadsheet with a summary of all(ish) Street/Road renumberings in Hong Kong until 1942. Happy to share it if there is any interest.
