I've had a closer look, and I believe this person was Mr Niels Orskov Christensen.
He was mentioned in the Waichow Intelligence Summary #29, 6 May 1943. There are two separate mentions that use different spellings, but I believe they both refer to the same man:

HOUSTON - H.K. Government Cadet, about 2 months ago. CHRISTIANSEN - A Dane (2nd Bty. H.K.V.D.C.) just before Xmas (S.S.P.)
PETER LLOYD - 3rd degreed as result of ALKO (sic!) PEARCE's escape and died.

In the 1942 list of Prisoners Of War - Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Forces there aren't any people surnamed Christiansen but there are two Christensen and both shown as 'Gunner' which fits with the '2nd Bty. H.K.V.D.C.' in the report above.
Over on the Hong Kong War Diary website, the list of members of the 2nd Battery of the HKVDC includes the entry:
