The only possible marriage of Peter Angus to a Matilda was 6  June 1902 Kelvin Glasgow. Peter Angus sergeant of police to Matilda Macaulay

The marriage record shows Peter Angus to be the son of George Angus a farm servant [English equivalent agricultural labourer] and Helen Angus nee Robertson. Matilda was the daughter of John Macaulay a boot maker and Christina Macaulay nee Mackenzie. In 1891 Matilda was aged 17 a grocer's assistant.
