Gerard Patrick MURPHY [????-????]

Tony Banham's Hong Kong War Diary site has him as G. P. Murphy of the Public Works Dept:

He was the second chair of the Irish Red Cross Committee in Stanley and I suspect he was the Murphy who campained against thde ruling BCC in July 1942:

Date of first appointment: 5th April, 1928
