Stamp issued in 1984 to celebrate aviation in Hong Kong.
Related to the Baldwin Brothers' balloon flight and parachute descent spectacle at Happy Valley on 3 January 1891. See here
In Baldwin's advertisement, a basket was not employed. A trapeze suspended below the balloon was used to sit on and perform aerial stunts.
