Used to notice these helicopters back in the day along the "Gold Coast". I think they were either the Hughes 500 or MD 500 variant.

Inevitably these helicopters were registered to companies rather than the people who used them regularly. 

During these visits, if the sea state in Castle Peak Bay was acceptable, a high-speed ‘CIGARETTE’ type powerboat would emerge from a boathouse on the estate and voyage at speed around the Bay. 

The ‘CIGARETTE’ type was a famous USA racing boat series capable of 70 m.p.h.

Sir Michael Kadoorie is a well-known local helicopter pilot and I believe he keeps one at Miramar for the odd jaunt around the territory. It wouldn't surprise me at all if he was piloting one of those in the image.
