12 Dragon Boat Racing

The scarring of the hills look like Yau Tong but have difficulty in placing the scene as being opposite Aldrich Bay.

The ridgeline looks like Cloudy Hill, known as Kau Lung Hang Shan (九龍坑山), viewing northwest from somewhere in Tolo Harbour. May be near Yim Tin Tsai or Tai Po Kau Pier?

Updates: According to the Tai Po District Dargon Boat Race Committee, their dragon boat racing was held on the water off Yuen Chau Tsai from 1960, at where Kwong Fuk Estate & Wang Fuk Court located today, prior to land reclamation in the early 1980s.

Yes, the dragon boat races were held off Yuen Chau Tsai. The Facebook photo was taken at Tai Po in 1965.
