I think the concrete structure is the old HKFC Stadium (Concrete) [1954-1995]. The buildings behind should be at Morrison Hill Road/Sung Tak Street. But I can't identify any.

Hi there,

The one still under construction should be Tsung Tsin Association Building.  Wing Cheung Building (completed in 1963) should also be seen.

Also along the HKFC stadium was the old Sports Drive.

I think the building currently under construction between the utility pole and the fire hydrant should be Yue King Building.
