It seems to me that the building from 1971 only changed its occupation but is still the same building. Propose to merge both. On hkmaps.hk, the building is first labeled "Hotel" in 1982, and "Caravelle Hotel" onwards from 1989. It seems to me that the building from 1971 only changed its occupation but is still the same building. Propose to merge both.
