[Update] Thanks to sw.ho for identifying this as Edinburgh Place.
We had just disembarked the ferry from Tuen Mun into Central / Admiralty area, but I'm not sure exactly which road this is – perhaps Murray Road or Edinburgh Place?

This is Edinburgh Place. The building on right hand side of photo is City Hall with carpark building former Furama Hotel at the back. The wall on the left hand side is the former HMS Tamar with former Hutchison House at the back. The tallest tower in the middle is Bank of China Tower
