No. S. 286. It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the Offices of the Public Works Department on Monday, the 11th day of December, 1916, at 3 p.m.
Inland Lot No. 2206.
On the West side of Wanchai Gap Road and adjoining Inland Lot No. 1834.

Area in square feet: 15,624 (about)
The Purchaser of the Lot will also have to pay the sum of $150 towards the cost of connecting the drains from the Lot to the Government sewers, $25 for boundary stones and $30 for the Crown lease.
