This is another engraving published by ILN, in May 1866, titled General View of Victoria.
The view showed by the engraving is quite detailed. On the left side, think it shows the Public Gardens (Botanical Gardens) - the first stage opened in 1864.
Apparently, there was not any pavillon like structure yet, near the left side foreground. So what it showed may be a scene before 1866.
Many of the known buildings then may be included in this panorama view.
Apology that I was unaware earlier this image is a repeated copy of one posted on gwulo before in 2016, named as HOPIC 2 Fig 2. If it may help to recap or set off new ideas, just let it keep on.
