I think this is a view of Kau Wah Keng taken from the hills on the west side. The pipe connected to Lai Chi Kok fresh water service reservoir. The properties up the hill on the far right are on Chung Shan Terrace.
I see "#1 Chung Shan Terrace" has been added as a place on this image, but that building can't be seen on this image. Those properties visible are the ones at the opposite end of the street (likely #25, 26 etc).

#1 Chung Shan Terrace

Lai Chi Kok
One of the houses in the foreground was either a church or a catholic school, with a cross on the rooftop.
Miss HK 1974 Jojo Cheung grew up in a house just below Chung Shan Terrace.
Former president of Taiwan MA Ying-jeou also lived there at one time. https://english.president.gov.tw/Page/88
Castle Peak Road is halfway up the hills.

Church
The church building was still there back in Dec 2023. (GoogleEarth link). Looks like it is currently marked as 路德小學?
Re: Chung Shan Terrace
Added in the place location by mistake. Thermogram - Please delete. Thanks.
Have added in the street location instead.
Deserted building
The church was named 復活堂 and the primary school was 路德小學. They were in the same long deserted building.
Looks like some active renovation is going on around that area.
