Green Island Cement Pier Demolition 1997/98

In June 1997, the pier is still there, although no longer in use as the storage facility has been demolished already.

In November 1997, demolition works started.

In August 1998, the pier is no longer there. 

So it is quite likely that the pier was completely removed during the first half of 1998.
