Chek Lap Kok is visible in the photo. The 'Tung Shan Fat Mun' Pai Lau with major footpath are also visible. Based on the orientation the photo was likely taken one one of the hill tops or slopes closer to the present day Tin Tan Buddha side.
I'm not sure moddsey, it would depend on where Bob was standing to take the photo. I just wanted to make it clear that the image shows the view to the south and not the north.

Arch in the Distance
The Pail Lau or Arch is on the trail to the Po Lin Monastery. I think it could be the arch in the distance in the main photo.
View is SW
This is the same direction as the other photo (https://gwulo.com/media/48168) looking south west. (i.e. that's Guishan and not Chek Lap Kok)

Hi Phil, is the Pai Lau in the photo I submitted different to that in the main photo ?
